Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain engineering processes, delivery, and collaboration among teams
Manage performance, growth, and motivation of engineers
Drive company-wide initiatives to improve processes and achieve engineering org goals
Required Qualifications:
Over 8 years of engineering experience, with 3 years in a management role
Previous experience as a Software Engineer
Managed multiple teams of 15+ engineers
Experience in a product organization
Comfortable with an entrepreneurial mindset and incubation environment
