A company is looking for a Director of Practice Solutions (KN/Innovation Consulting) position.
Key Responsibilities:
Build a team of professional Knowledge Management/Innovation Consultants
Partner with technology teams in large legal organizations to enhance their technical stack
Generate revenue through upselling services and active networking for new client development
Qualifications:
BS/BA required; MBA or JD preferred
8+ years in law firm KM/Innovation with 3+ years leading consulting teams
Experience interacting with senior law firm leaders and C-Level Executives
History of policy development, defining best practices, and gap analysis
Ability to travel occasionally to US and UK
