A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to manage employer relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure client retention in the Mid Market segment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of accounts and build strategic relationships with stakeholders including HR Executives and Benefits Managers
Align with clients to define and execute program strategy that integrates within their broader benefit offerings
Use account data to drive meaningful outcomes such as improved wellness outcomes, benefits, retention, and renewals or product expansion
Required Qualifications
4+ years experience managing relationships or selling to HR leaders or clients within the B2B tech and/or employer benefit space
Experience and comfort using data to share insights and make actionable recommendations
Experience managing client launches, renewals, and upsell
Experience working in Salesforce, Gainsight, Jira, Google Suite, and Zoom
Passion for the mission and understanding of the healthcare/benefits space
