A company is looking for a Backend Engineer for their Payments team.
Key Responsibilities:
Build an extensible platform for supporting global financial system integrations at scale
Collaborate with engineers to develop new features at large scale
Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience designing and engineering large-scale systems
Strong coding skills in Java or related languages for building high-performance services
Practical knowledge in cloud-based services such as gRPC, GraphQL, Docker/Kubernetes, and AWS
Experience in systems engineering on large scale testing, reliability, security, and observability
Comfortable working on new products under fluid conditions with tactical and strategic considerations
