A company is looking for a Team Lead for LiveOps in the United States – Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a team of LiveOps specialists
Establish, assess, and maintain performance metrics
Coordinate daily workflow assignments and adjust resources to meet service-level agreements
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing high-performance teams of 5+ employees
Experience in tech, business operations, customer support, logistics, or fulfillment roles
Bachelor’s degree
Experience using Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data
Beginner/intermediate knowledge of SQL
