Contact Center Engineer

A company is looking for a Contact Center IS Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure system availability for Contact Center Services
Provide specialized troubleshooting for all Contact Center technology
Lead major incident management support calls and drive technical conference bridge calls

Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience, Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience in Unified Communications Engineer/Architect role
Experience with Cisco Call Center products and handsets
Proficiency in contact center scripting, routing, and integration with CRM systems
Understanding of networking principles and VoIP protocols
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Visio
