Own requisitions across departments through full life cycle recruitment
Guide hiring teams through the hiring program and offer negotiations
Source talent through various channels and strategize talent pipelining for high-need roles

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience leading end-to-end searches in multi-departmental roles
5+ years of experience in direct sourcing
Strong knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
Experience with Greenhouse (or multiple ATS programs) preferred
Ability to prioritize and juggle tactical recruitment and strategic programs
