A startup is looking for a Research Engineer in Crypto Protocol.
Key Responsibilities:
Dive deep into decentralized networks, cryptography principles, and protocol development
Innovate and design protocols to enhance scalability, security, and efficiency in the crypto realm
Develop and optimize core infrastructure components using Rust
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in crypto with a focus on R&D
1+ years of experience with Rust programming
BS in CS or related field; Master’s or PhD in cryptography is a plus
Prior experience in protocol design and implementation
Background in decentralized networks, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic primitives
