A company is looking for a Director of Culture and Equity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive culture and equity strategy aligned with the company’s goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to address barriers to a values-driven culture and equity in the workplace
Serve as a champion for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the organization
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dedicated DEIB or similar role
Strong knowledge of DEIB best practices, theories, and frameworks
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive DEIB strategies and initiatives
Experience in managing diversity-related metrics and reporting to senior leadership
Background in K-12 education and/or K-12 ed tech preferred
