A company is looking for an UpMarket Renewals Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiating renewal contracts and forecasting the book of business
Driving growth and retention by preventing customer churn
Solving customer issues and ensuring low churn rates
Required Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience in a SaaS or Cloud company
Experience managing complex renewal negotiations
Experience with renewal forecasting, pipeline development, and management
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, ServiceNow, Zuora, and Clari
Proficiency in Microsoft / Google Suite
