A company is looking for a Remote HR Service Center Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via phone and email channels
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Tier 1 Support
Research and resolve all questions within defined SLAs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-2 years of HR Service Center or Customer Service experience
1-2 years of Human Resources experience
1-2 years of Workday experience
1-2 years of case management experience
