A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements
Provide guidance on contract requirements and risk exposure
Coordinate with internal teams to support product development through vendor and commercial deals
Required Qualifications:
4-7 years of negotiating commercial contracts
Juris Doctor degree
In-house experience with a technology or financial services company preferred
Expertise with G-Suite products, Jira, and Slack
Experience with financial technology preferred
