Key Responsibilities:
Manage critical BaaS partnerships to drive joint initiatives and launch new offerings
Develop and execute partner strategies that align with the company’s goals
Lead negotiations and expansions with key partners while managing multiple stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or related fields
8+ years of experience in payments, card networks, or financial services
Thorough understanding of BaaS business models and compliance best practices
Experience negotiating commercial deals with bank partners and scaling such deals
Experience working in product-centric environments with significant dependencies
