A company is looking for a Director, Client Success.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor client performance and ensure Client Success standards are met
Analyze client results to identify issues and collaborate on solutions
Oversee client face-to-face meetings and assist in new client implementations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare management, or related field preferred
At least five years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or related field
Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology
Strong knowledge in RCM, accounting, and/or finance
Experience in compliance with healthcare and security regulations
