A company is looking for a Lead Engineer for Transmedia Pipeline R&D
Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Netflix relationship, collaboration, and alignment across all mediums for top IPs
Team Leadership to organize work and create predictability in an unpredictable space
People and Project Management of a small, senior, multi-discipline team
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
7+ years experience in engineering-oriented roles in games, VFX, or related projects
Experience in Lead Engineer/Engineering Manager roles with challenging performance requirements
Strong engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience with Python, C++, and batch processing
Familiarity with at least one full-featured game engine and its asset pipelines
