Key Responsibilities:
Deeply understand and actively contribute to the company’s positive and global culture
Act as a strategic partner for assigned business groups, providing People solutions
Lead projects and programs to support making the company a great place to work
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related majors
5-8+ years of experience as a HR Business Partner for technology and/or content marketing
Experience working with international teams; success in remote, a-sync environments
Strong logical thinking and data analysis ability
Comfortable in ambiguity, ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of an evolving company
