Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic consultant to leaders, guiding and enabling alignment of business and people strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally to advance the People Strategy for the company
Support leaders in global talent and organizational planning for future business needs and goals
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as an HR business partner in technology and established organizations
Experience influencing senior leaders to drive people strategy and business results
Experience supporting go-to-market or revenue business teams is preferred
Ability to connect organizational strategy with structures, processes, and initiatives
Experience in org design, change management, and talent planning
