A company is looking for a Therapist Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based therapy for eating disorders in a virtual setting
Manage a team of therapists and provide clinical supervision
Coordinate care across a multidisciplinary treatment team
Required Qualifications:
Licensed mental health provider with 2+ years of experience in treating eating disorders
Ability to maintain an active license and become licensed in other states
Data-driven mindset with experience using data to guide clinical care
Experience working on interdisciplinary teams
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with rapid change and innovation
