A company is looking for a Customer Success Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive product adoption and engagement for customers in the Americas region
Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful onboarding and migration of customer data
Identify optimization opportunities for customer touchpoints and manage customer training materials
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement and extracurricular involvement
5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in SaaS Onboarding, Account Management, or Customer Success
Prior experience managing a large portfolio of customers with performance and retention-based KPIs
High EQ/interpersonal skills and a desire to build meaningful partnerships
Experience within a Health and Fitness technology SaaS company or related industry is preferred
