Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and enhance the role of Controller function for clients
Conduct thorough Financial Reviews and Strategic Analyses
Manage client workload for direct reports, ensuring utilization goals are met consistently
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree preferred
8+ years of experience in finance/accounting, with a focus on government contracts
Profound understanding of FASB and GAAP principles
Advanced knowledge of CAS, FAR, and DFARs regulations
Experience with accounting systems such as Unanet, Quickbooks, or Deltek Costpoint preferred
