A company is looking for a Medical Interpreter I

Key Responsibilities:

Provide telephonic interpretation support for medical services and patient inquiries
Troubleshoot and resolve patient problems, escalating when necessary
Track and document support requests, updating patient information accurately

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience in interpreting
Evidence of language proficiency in interpreter’s working language(s)
Verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Knowledge of workers compensation, healthcare, medical, and legal terminology
