Compensation Analyst

A company is looking for a Compensation Senior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the design and evolution of compensation programs
Develop education and communication materials regarding compensation/equity programs
Utilize analytical skills to design models, formulate insights, and present data

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in compensation, including job matching and pricing
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
Experience creating compensation training materials and presenting to various audiences
Ability to interpret data effectively and create meaningful models and reports
Experience at a publicly traded company preferred
