Key Responsibilities:
Act as a brand ambassador to candidates, communicating the company’s mission and values
Build strong relationships with hiring leaders and team members
Manage the entire recruiting process, from candidate screening to offer negotiations
Required Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in sales and marketing
Experience with Greenhouse and high-volume recruiting environments
Hands-on experience with various interview formats
Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
