A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer for Scheduling Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and review code, participate in Agile team activities, and contribute to sprint planning
Provide technical mentorship to engineers and work with management to gather customer feedback
Make decisions impacting multiple teams, report to Engineering Manager, and potentially supervise others
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of programming experience
Experience in developing scalable solutions, assessing tech debt, and prioritizing tasks
Proficiency in building and delivering enterprise solutions, evaluating new technologies, and providing technical feedback
Ability to think creatively, evaluate user needs, and create an inclusive environment for peers
