A company is looking for a Systems Administrator for Mission Control & Operations (MCO) in a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to health monitors/alerts
Performing initial troubleshooting of reported issues
Leading the incident management process and facilitating communications for issue resolution
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years’ experience in a 24×7 mission critical Network or Technical Operations Center environment
Experience managing Windows server and SQL server environments
Proficiency with MS Office applications and basic MS SQL Queries
Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and switching technologies
Experience with enterprise class monitoring/management systems and cloud providers like AWS
