Key Responsibilities:
Assist new customers in navigating the app and ensuring a smooth experience
Plan, promote, and host virtual and in-person events for the community
Engage with community members across various platforms and provide regular reports on engagement
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in community management or related roles
Experience in launching community initiatives
Proficiency with social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools
Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
