A company is looking for a Director of Global ERP Program Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of the global ERP implementation project
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to align ERP strategy with business objectives
Champion effective change management strategies and ensure comprehensive communication plans throughout the ERP implementation journey
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA and/or relevant professional certifications preferred
Minimum of 12 years of experience leading large-scale global projects, preferably ERP programs within manufacturing or industrial sectors
Proven track record in consulting at top-tier firms with expertise in strategic planning and driving transformative change
