A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for employees across multiple U.S. states, Canada, and Puerto Rico with accuracy and compliance
Stay updated on federal, state, and international payroll regulations and tax laws
Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies from employees
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in multi-state and international payroll processing
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and international payroll regulations and tax laws
Proficiency in Paylocity and ADP payroll software and systems
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field preferred
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation or equivalent certification is a plus
