A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and address client problems by collaborating with engineers and UX designers
Lead a team of engineers through backlog grooming and ongoing development
Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog supporting company goals
Required Qualifications:
Four or more years of professional experience in a product-related role
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management or technical field preferred
Experience in Claims Management, Disability Insurance, and/or Absence Management a plus
Experience in data exchanges and data management is advantageous
Flexible to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment professionally and timely
