Key Responsibilities:
Create AI chatbots for effective conversational experiences
Optimize conversation flows to engage, convert, and support customers
Evaluate and modify chatbots for accuracy and coherence
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in Conversation Design, Programming, or Computational Linguistics
Strong knowledge in developing chatbots or working on AI projects
Basic understanding of NLP techniques, libraries, or toolkits
Intermediate or higher proficiency in LLM prompting and applications
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree, or PhD in relevant fields
