I have a .dst embroidery file that needs to be resized from 4×4 to 3.5×3.5 inches. Also, the embroidery shop says the .dst is not centered (I have used this file in the past with no issues). The resized file should be suitable for use on a front pocket for a costume… (Budget: $10 – $30 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, Illustrator, Logo Design, Photoshop, Photoshop Design)
