A company is looking for Instructional Designers to conceptualize training design and content for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Define learning objectives, course structure, learning content and assessments
Create instructional graphics, scenarios, or interactions
Engage with subject matter experts for ongoing content review and validation
Required Qualifications:
Experience developing training for utility industry
3+ years’ experience developing instructor-led, eLearning, or virtual training in a technical environment
Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
Experience using Storyline to create WBTs (ideally has developed at least 3 WBTs)
Knowledge of QuestionMark and Author-it
