A company is looking for an Academic Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the scope and sequence of the K-8 academic program and individual student project library
Monitor academic program effectiveness across campuses and evaluate incoming students for success
Manage the Curriculum Team, Education Operations Lead, and Campus Leads
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in academic leadership or instruction
Big Picture Thinking and demonstrated strong decision-making skills
Passion for creating culturally aligned workplaces
Flexibility and proven track record of project execution
