A company is looking for a Solutions Architect in the United Kingdom for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales team to provide technical leadership during pre-sales conversations
Own customer onboarding, initial training, and technical troubleshooting
Identify opportunities for expansion and build infrastructure to increase efficiency
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
Technical experience in database, data warehouse, cloud, and BI
Experience collaborating within a fast-growing SaaS company
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience in relevant field preferred
0-25% domestic and international travel required
