Key Responsibilities:
Lead a distributed engineering team and oversee technology strategy, software development, infrastructure, security, and data
Develop a high-velocity performance-based culture and mentor engineering leaders
Contribute to architecture discussions, key decisions, and company strategy
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams
Ability to bridge business and technical strategy
Deep understanding of software development, technology, and data infrastructure
Experience operating as an executive and working closely with cross-functional partners
Experience scaling consumer internet or marketplace businesses is a bonus
