A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Specialist responsible for identifying underpaid payment discrepancies for various payor plans.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze assigned accounts daily to validate payment discrepancies against contract terms
Contact insurance companies on underpaid accounts to collect the underpaid portion and submit necessary appeal letters
Prepare Excel analysis, including VLookups and pivot tables, and run accurate reports from software tools
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience in a role requiring strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
Typing proficiency and experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
