A company is looking for a Loan Closing Processor II to coordinate and lead closing functions.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor team production to ensure timely and accurate document processing
Review and recommend approval of commitment requirements such as property insurance and title reports
Provide training and technical support to Loan Processors and Loan Closing Coordinators
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or higher
3 years’ experience in a high-volume word-processing environment
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe/PDF
Ability to work onsite up to 5 days per week
Associate degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field preferred
