A company is looking for a Senior Director of Commercial Training to lead the development and implementation of training programs in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development of training plans that enhance knowledge of disease and product education
Lead the creation and standardization of Launch Excellence models and ensure effective learning solutions
Evaluate and monitor training programs to ensure objectives are met and continuous improvement is achieved
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with 8+ years in sales/commercial training
Experience leading training and coaching initiatives
Firm understanding of adult learning theory
Pharmaceutical launch experience with emphasis on building infrastructure and processes
