Key Responsibilities
Design and lead cross-functional strategies for delegate vendor partners in core benefit offerings
Manage vendor partnerships to ensure clinically effective and cost-effective programs
Oversee departmental budgeting and support business case justification for major investments
Required Qualifications
12+ years of program management experience with strategic partners
5+ years of experience in healthcare, including roles in consulting firms, PBM, or health plans
7+ years of experience in leading teams
Experience with vendor management on behalf of health plans or account management for health plan vendors
Knowledge of the PBM industry
