A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead accounting for client businesses and manage the client team for value delivery
Oversee the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll
Manage monthly financial close, KPI measurement, and lead client meetings with insights and coaching
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in SaaS firms
Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
Master’s degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
Experience successfully revamping accounting and finance processes
