A company is looking for a Utilization Management Clinician in Behavioral Health.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate options to facilitate appropriate healthcare services/benefits for members
Provide triage and crisis support while gathering clinical information to render coverage determinations
Identify members at risk for poor outcomes and facilitate referrals to integrate with other services and programs
Required Qualifications
Active current and unrestricted Independent clinical behavioral health license in the state of residence (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, etc)
3+ years of behavioral health experience
Ability to talk on the telephone and type simultaneously in a queue-based position
Availability to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 am to 8 pm EST
Master’s degree required if social worker, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC
