A company is looking for a Director of Events Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership and marketing teams to define the event strategy aligned with company objectives
Develop and execute an event strategy and roadmap for impactful company-owned and sponsored events
Lead and manage a team of event professionals to deliver high-quality events
Required Qualifications
At least 8+ years of experience in event management, with 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of managing complex events, including large-scale conferences and brand experiences
At least 3 years of experience managing large event budgets
Experience in leading and developing teams, including setting goals and providing feedback
