Key Responsibilities
Manage application/software development to deliver technology prototypes for business assessment
Oversee a diverse portfolio of technology projects providing web, mobile, and integration solutions
Recruit, mentor, and lead application engineering talent while ensuring high availability and performance of business applications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 5 years of experience leading software engineering teams
At least 5 years of experience with object-oriented programming and design, including Java
At least 5 years of experience in developing web applications and architectural standards
