A company is looking for a Property Management Manager to oversee operational and financial activities of multiple properties in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage tenant relations and address issues promptly, escalating to the Regional Property Manager as needed
Act as the primary contact for property owners, ensuring objectives are met and preparing accurate reports
Develop and control annual budgets, forecast management plans, and prepare performance reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience in Property and Facilities management
Real Estate License required
Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office products
Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and improve job effectiveness
Extensive organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
