Job Summary:
To become a member of their dynamic team in KwaZulu-Natal/ Gauteng, Hyundai Automotive S.A. is actively recruiting for a first-year apprentice who is committed and enthusiastic about their work. Individuals who are keen to launch their career in the automotive business and obtain practical experience with Hyundai are the ideal candidates for this exciting opportunity.
– The apprentice will have a diverse scope of responsibilities, which encompass a wide range of tasks. These tasks include but are not limited to:
-Removal of cylinder heads, followed by reconditioning and replacement of those heads.
-In addition to disassembling, maintaining, and repairing engine blocks, we also assemble them with their primary components.
-Components of the fuel system are removed, diagnosed, and replaced.
-A fundamental grasp of fundamental electronics, including the testing of components of the ignition system, is being developed.
Studying the fundamental principles of engine efficiency and forced charging systems.
-Activities such as removing, testing, repairing, and replacing electrical components are included in this category.
-Take part in the process of replacing components of the clutch and the gearbox.
-Problems within the brake system and its many components are being identified and addressed through diagnosis.
Specific Role Responsibilities:
The apprentice’s specific role responsibilities revolve around the tasks mentioned earlier, enabling them to gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of automotive mechanics.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be considered for this exciting role, candidates are required to have:
– Grade 12
– Age 18 – 35
– Unemployed

– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
