Hire Resolve’s Client, a great mining company in the Northern Cape, is currently looking for a skilled Earthmoving Plant Manager to join their mining team. 

:

  • Grade 12 or Equivalent.
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent N6 – Compulsory.
  • Engineering Trade passed – compulsory.
  • Experience in supplier management, warranty management, quality control and plant failure investigations.
  • Preferably at least three to five years’ experience in the maintenance of a variety of Earthmoving Equipment including Excavators, Face Shovels, Dozers and Loaders.
  • Must have demonstrated skills, experience & proven ability to maintain 85% fleet availability.
  • At least three years’ technical service experience (at Supervisory/Managerial level).

  • Major rebuild of heavy earthmoving equipment experience
