Overview
Pick n Pay Clothing is offering a 12-month paid Learnership in Wholesale & Retail Operations (NQF Level 3) for young South Africans passionate about fashion and retail.
This accredited programme combines classroom learning with practical in-store experience, equipping learners with the skills needed to build a successful career in retail and visual merchandising.
No prior work experience is required.

Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen
- Aged 18–35
- Grade 12 (with Communication and Maths Literacy at NQF Level 2)
- Currently unemployed and not studying
- Able to commit to the full 12-month programme
- Able to attend classroom sessions and practical store training
- Successfully complete pre-assessment process (where applicable)
