The Warehouse Operations Lead (Weekend Nights) role at Red Bull in Waddell, Arizona, involves coordinating daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high standards of inventory management and housekeeping.
The successful candidate will report to the Operations Supervisor and be responsible for:
- Coordinating the unloading of inbound shipments and verifying paperwork
- Ensuring accuracy and quality of inbound and outbound shipments
- Assisting with day-to-day activities and evaluating team member performance
- Documenting receipt, storage, and distribution of equipment and supplies
- Maintaining safe and healthy work environments
- Performing safety inspections and audits
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory environments
- 2+ years of experience in inbound/outbound logistics
- SAP experience (desirable)
- Forklift driving experience and PIT certification
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Ability to lift, move, and place up to 25 pounds of inventory
The compensation package includes a base salary of $24.00 per hour, a $3.00 shift differential, and a 5% target quarterly bonus.
The shift rotation is weekend nights: Week 1: Friday – Sunday 5pm – 5am, Week 2: Thursday – Sunday 5pm – 5am.
