A company in Palo Alto, CA is seeking a Staff Product Manager (Core) to scale their core product and drive the growth of their business.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding community members’ needs and creating tight feedback loops to resolve product issues
Leading a cross-functional team to build and scale impactful products
Defining OKRs, setting stretch goals, monitoring metrics, and leveraging user research to identify new product opportunities
Required Qualifications and Education:
Minimum of 4 years of product management experience at a consumer technology product company
Proven track record of shipping innovative and delightful products
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
Experience with a culture of rapid experimentation to accelerate learning and iteration
Prior experience in fintech & payments is beneficial
