Key Responsibilities:

Enter item data requests into the Item Management system and verify success across all system platforms
Conduct product research to verify the accuracy of item requests, including online research and engaging with colleagues
Collaborate with multiple groups to optimize processes and promote understanding, effectiveness, and efficiency within the team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

High School/GED or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in operations or a relevant area
Active participation in internal training projects with the capacity to train others
Ability to adapt to schedule changes and re-prioritize responsibilities as needed
Proficiency in facilitating a collaborative working environment for customers and colleagues
